15+ Sprouted Sourdough Bread Recipe
Pictures. This sprouted bread recipe combines two of my culinary favourites: I still love sprouted breads too, but sourdough bread is pure joy for me.
You'll notice that there are similar recipes out there and yet no two loaves look alike.
To make this bread you need to use a 'starter' mixture that takes the place of yeast. Nutritionally it packs a powerful punch from the sprouted lentils, packaged in the superb flavour of garlic, rosemary, and thyme. This is an easy sourdough bread recipe using your natural sourdough starter. I still love sprouted breads too, but sourdough bread is pure joy for me.
